Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of concrete cutting services to job sites. This role involves managing schedules, directing runners and crews, and ensuring that all deliveries and services are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage the complexities of dispatching while ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders for concrete cutting services.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries and service crews to meet client needs and project timelines.
• Assign and direct runners and field crews to various job sites.
• Maintain communication with customers, estimators, field technicians and runners throughout the delivery and service process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Monitor the status of work orders/jobs and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure that all safety standards and regulations are followed during the delivery and service process.
• Document all orders, deliveries, and customer interactions for future reference.
• Manage equipment and work with field technicians and shop to keep up with maintenance.
• Be available to answer calls from field technicians after hours.
• Review, adjust, and approve field technician timecards

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Prior dispatch/scheduling experience in the construction or concrete cutting industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
• High energy, professional demeanor, and excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to build rapport with field personnel and resolve challenges effectively
• Working knowledge of logistics, resource allocation, and basic math principles

Requirements

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
