Our Wheeling, IL team is growing, and we're looking for a motivated individual to join us in a Estimating & Project Management role.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Estimator / Project Manager to support and grow within our Estimating & Project Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven self-starter with a background in construction or demolition who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Train to estimate and manage small to mid-size concrete cutting, GPR scanning, and concrete pour back projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with a preferred customer base
• Read plans and specifications to determine project requirements
• Schedule projects and manage timelines to meet deadlines
• Attend networking events

Qualifications

• Motivation to learn how to read plans and prepare accurate estimates for customers and manage the projects that are won
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to become familiar with construction equipment and services
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
